Living Quilt

Thanks Mary............ What a fun award.............. I have been here in the world of the blogs for over a year now. (I smooth missed my one year anniversary) and I have met some wonderful people and some that I have really connected to.......... I find that life is so strange sometimes. I have many friends that I talk to via email and have been for several years now, and I have a few friends here in town that are also on the Internet. However, not a one of those people go to or read my blog......... is that strange or what...................... God has taken hundreds of strangers and woven them together to make something beautiful. I would not have even imagined it if I were not a part of this beautiful living quilt. I believe that we are making life long friends that will out last even the blog world. Thanks to each of you that have made my life richer...... You are all a part of my life and even thought I cannot see you face to face I call you friend.............
I will be back and blogging next week.....................
Hugs

It is funny but the ones who I know face to face....read...but don't comment. Then there are others who are close that don't read at all. Then when I say something about what I am going through or went through...they ask me why I didn't tell them.
I love the women here. The sometimes stand closer than a brother or sister.
I have grown to need them and love them.

Honestly, not many people here at home know I blog...for that matter know what it is. That's ok with me it's kind of like my Secret Garden. I agree with Sharon too...I have women here that have filled in gaps for me in prayer like no other. Thanks for being one of those Gals.

Isn't it just absolutely wonderful the friendships we have made through this world we call blogging! We are all so much on the same wave length and understand each other so well. The friends I have living near me and my family don't read my blog either! I love that button that Mary made and gave us, she is one special lady!! xoxo

How true. Like you, I have made some very interesting Christian friends and as you know none of my personal friends have no idea I blog. I am so glad to have met you in blog world. Thank you for being a friend.

I think you are so right on. Only two family members read my blogs that I know of plus my husband on occasion. the say they read it everyday though so I like that. : )

I wanted to write my Christian blog from the start but was afraid I might not be qualified. Maybe God wanted me to practice first. LOL... I started one on gardening and then on growing older....now I have the one I love to do. I think it helps others along the way, I hope so. I know yours certainly does. : )

I'm so blessed that my DD reads my blog regularly...but not my Mom! Most of my readers I've never met. But I've "met" their words and their hearts. Like you, sweet friend!

You know one thing that I have found out about blogging these past 3 years is that each of us attract just the exact right kind of people. Then when you get to meet them it is like you have known them forever. There is no real hesitation..You just start talking and having a great time as OLD FRIENDS..Don't you just love it!! Sandy

I couldn't agree more. I have friends, some even younger than me who never even get online. They've never read my blog. I think it is great all the things one can do online. I had all my utilities put in my name here at the new house by using the internet instead of the phone.
I am so happy we met. I love you and I'm always happy when you visit.
