Open My Eyes

The real act of discovery is not in finding new lands, but in seeing with new eyes.

Marcel Proust

.

2Ki 6:15
And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do?

2Ki 6:16
And he answered, Fear not: for they that [be] with us [are] more than they that [be] with them.

2Ki 6:17
And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain [was] full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.

Open our eyes Lord that we might see that we are surrounded by a host of angles...... Open our eyes Lord and let us see that we are more than conquerors.

Rom 8:37
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

Open my eyes has been a theme for me of late in life. I know God has been telling me this very thing.

I'm supposed to have some time to myself today and I am going to try calling you today. Please don't fall over in shock, okay? Thanks!
