OVERS

MARY ... At Mary's Writing Nook....... This is for you!!!

I got to looking at my Meme that I posted and it is BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so I am going to claim overs!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was tagged again today by Joyce over at Creation In Progress

Six non important things about me............

1) I bite my nails....... oh I wish I could stop..... but been doing too long................

2) I have a love bird his name is Moses, he sleeps under an elec. blanket.. I have a schnauzer by the name of Ezekiel and he sleeps on a heating pad....... I have a husband named Dennis and he sleeps with me.....................

3) I sat on the very fountain that Julia Andrews danced and sang around in the Sound of Music ... I did not hear a single note.......

4) I lost a precious pearl necklace on the beach in England, I borrowed one of those sifters that little kids used have at the beach...... Lots of people came over and helped me sift sand.......... I found it............. (True story) I think that there might be a devotional in that....

5) I went to a Mongolian barbecue in Taiwan many years ago and the Taiwanese that was cooking my Mongolian offered to "cook" me one of the puppies running around on the floor!!! YUCK !!!!! I said no thank you............ ( Makes me wonder what I did eat)

6) I love pickle sandwiches..!!!!!!!!!!!! ahahahhahahahahh

AND 7) I would rather make you laugh than eat...... well maybe not eat.... ok than sleep..... well maybe not that either........ but you get the picture............ I love to laugh.........

I just needed to lighten up today..... but I have a good post for tomorrow...........

I have a little something for Mary at Mary's Writing Nook .. share it if you know a pickle sandwich loving blogger buddy.......... :)

I LOVE IT!!!!! As soon as I saw it, I started to chuckle and then laugh. LOL I was feeling a little down too. That will teach me. God knows everything about us and knew I needed cheering up. Thank you, Sis. I'm speechless and laughing.

Love you... Hope you are feeling better.

Blessings,
Mary

I've heard of pickle sandwiches, but never tried one. I like to put a hamburger dill chip and a quarter of a slice of cheese between 2 crackers though. Yummy... :)

Good Afternoon Denise,
I enjoyed reading your Meme. I used to bite my nails too. I quit biting them several years ago, but now I just clip them off. They get in the way sometimes. I used to go and have porcelain nails put on, but when money got tight, I had to stop. I enjoyed having them done tho. I love, love, love, the pickle button you made for Mary. That was so sweet of you. I had never heard of pickle sandwiches until I ready Mary's Meme. I may have to try it sometimes tho. Do you use sweet pickles or sour pickles? I'm not much on the sour kind of pickles, but I do love dill pickles. I'm glad you did find the Pearl Necklace. I hate to lose anything that has sentimental value to it. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

How neat to learn more about you. I do think there is probably a neat devotional about finding the pearl in the sand!

I LOVE the sound of music. My husband used to groan everytime it came on T.V.But it brought back such good childhood memories.... I just has to watch it.Then I bought the movie. Showed it to my daughter.....and the beat goes on. ;)
I am glad you don't make your hubby sleep on the heating pad. :)

I loved all 7, but #2 is so interesting. I did not now that a bird would sleep under an electric blank. Now a dog I have wrapped up tight. Thanks for participating.

Thank you for the kind words on my Tuesday post.

We are getting a bad windy snow storm. This afternoon it was 46 and by 8:30 PM it was down to 5 degrees. They say on the news that the wind is blowing at 46 miles per hour.

Love and Hugs,
Joyce
