Thank you Mary.............. You are a dear sister in the Lord.... I am so glad our PC's have crossed paths...ahahhahhh.....Just a quick note before I start my day... (mother has two Dr. appointment back to back whew!!!) anyway... Just wanted to let you know that with Mom and Dad out here my life has changed so much and there is really not much time for me to be out and about much... People are so busy thus I do not have any of my old friends from a few years ago.... I prayed a year or so ago for a friend that I could chat with and share with... We all need adult conversation and laughs and giggles.... I have found my laughs and giggles here and I meet new ladies every day... How great is our Father God that knows just how to answer our prayers... You each are very special to me and I just wanted you to know that......
I will be scarce for a few days.... My DH is taking my laptop to work with him and clearing the hard drive of this terrible Vista.... and installing Windows xp... I will be soooooo glad.... I do have a computer in my shop where I can answer email and read my blogs.. but it is out in the shop and I do not sit out there at night, and it is usually at night that I do my blogging.... Soooooooo I am going to take this opportunity to get some things finished and when I get back sometime this weekend I will have a couple of surprises... It will be fun....
Love and giggles to you ladies... You are as near to me as any friend I have ever had...
(now enough of that and see you in a few)
Friends are Angels in disguise...

Good Afternoon Denise,
"CONGRATULATION'S" on the Award from Mary. She gave me the same one as well. Isn't she just the sweetest person? I am so glad our computers came across each other too. I don't have friends either that I can call or laugh or just talk to. I am so glad that our Heavenly Father saw fit for me to start blogging. I, like you, have been blessed with having so many wonderful friends throughout this world of blogging. So you don't like Vista huh? I have heard alot of people say they didn't like it as well. We are going to wait on me getting a new computer for a while. Hubby decided it was just better to wait for a while and save some money. I suppose he knows best. I do hope you can get some things done that you need to get done. I am finally doing my laundry this afternoon. LOL. I have one load in the dryer and one in the washer. I still need to wash some towels, but if I don't, then that's okay. We still have some to use tonight. We are suppose to start our move this Friday morning. I won't be back online till probably Monday night. I called the Cable people yesterday and told them and they said they would come out this coming Monday and hook us up. Now I have no idea what time they will come tho. I talked to my DH about 30 minutes ago and he was about to get into Oklahoma heading home. He should be home sometime late tonight to spend the night. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.
Love & Hugs,
Karen H.
P.S. Did I miss out on who won the T-shirt or have you decided on the winner yet?
Dearest Denise,
It's amazing how much we can get done when we don't have a computer! hehe I don't blame you for wanting to get rid of Vista...I love Windows XP and that's what I have on my computer.
Congratulations on the well deserved award you received from Mary...like you, I was very lonely before I started blogging and now that I've made so many wonderful friends through blogging, I'm just loving it:-)
Will miss you so don't stay away too long!! Love ya! xoxo
Congrats on your award. I love you sweet angel friend.
We'll be waiting for you to get back! Have fun "away" from blogland!
Congratulations on your award from Mary... You deserve it!!!
I know how busy you can get taking care of parents...do double time while your computer is away...so you will be able to catch up with all of us "Friends" when your computer returns...
Love,
Mimi
Denise,
I'm glad you like the award. I gave it out only to a very few special friends.
I will certainly miss you while you are offline but I know what you mean about vista. I have never had it but a friend of mine did and she hated it. She had it removed and XP put in.
Take it easy, my friend. You have a lot on your plate right now. Try to rest when you can. You have my curiousity piqued and I'm waiting for the weekend to find out what surprise you have in store.
Love and blessings,
Mary
I asked God for a close friend and he has blessed me with many through the world of blogging. :)
I hope your back is feeling better. :) I'm still praying for you.
Love and Hugs,
Sharon
