Be Bold

1 John 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

Confidence.............. a relationship of trust or intimacy. Faith or belief that God will act in a right, proper, or effective way.

parrhesia par-rhay-see'-ah all out-spokenness, i.e. frankness, bluntness, publicity; by implication, assurance:--boldly, boldness of speach. Speak freely, Speak openly, Speak plainly


If we have the confidence that what we have asked in faith the Father God hears.... and if we have asked according to the word of God........... He answers. Then we are not afraid to proclaim those things to the world... We speak boldly of our faith, we do not retreat from that confidence. We know that He heard and we know that He will answer.


What a powerful verse to hide in our hearts and hold fast to that promise. We read the word and hide it in our hearts and then speak faith filled words from that reservoir to see those things accomplished in the world. What a power house we are when our hearts are filled to over flowing with His word and with our mouths we proclaim His goodness.......
