My Word !

REV. 12:11

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

My word is of a great value according to the word of God. The word of God tells us in this scripture that with the word of MY testimony and the Blood that Christ shed on Calvary will overcome him (the devil).

It has been something that I have been a bit fearful of all of my Christian life. I have been fearful of religious critics of the world and I have been fearful of what others would think of me if they knew my past. I have kept too my self far too long the truth of the mercy that God poured out on my in 1977. It is the spirit of religion that has kept me for years to fear the reproach of men instead of looking to the Father. I have ever been a people person and I hate when others do not like me and I try too hard to make sure that all people love me. That is not a good thing because it always sets each of us for hurt. It has taken me so many years to understand the power of my testimony. Oh I have always spoke the name of Jesus and always since that day pointed others to Christ, but it is in the power of MY testimony that I over come the wicked traps of the enemy.

There was something that I understood early in my Christian life, Christ came to save those that are lost. HE touches and saves the prostitute on the street and the drug addict in the gutters, HE reaches out to the uttermost

and saves the lost. We that have been snatched up out the gutters of sin and we have HIS voice to speak life to others.

My testimony is that of a broken women who has suffered through too many bad relationships too many bad marriages too many tears in the middle of the night.......... I have HIS voice to speak to the women who have been broken by divorce and abusive. I have HIS voice to speak to those women who walk with their heads hung low and that need to know that HE can wash away their sin of the past and HE can wash them white as snow. HE can be a lifter of their heads.......... That is my word and my testimony. My word spoken with the anointing of the Holy Spirit will touch others where they live. I can look in her eyes and tell her with AutHoriTy that Jesus can heal her heart and give her a new song to sing. Every time I speak my testimony my ears hears the truth of the word and my faith grows. The word tell us that Hearing the word of God builds faith.

Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Our voice our word, our testimony of what God has accomplished in our life is words of life to others.

I have told the Lord recently that I need HIM to open my mouth to the words that I need to be speaking to set free the captive women in the sound of my voice. I have prayed that I would open my mouth and speak the truth

to those around me and those that are here in the blog world that need my testimony to know that it is Jesus now and Jesus tomorrow and Jesus of their yesterdays......... It is Jesus that heals their heart and Jesus that wipes away the reproach of the past and places them in the kingdom of God as a son or daughter of the most high.

What is your word? What is the word that you need to speak to heal a broken heart, what has God saved you from. If we go back and read the scripture that I began this post with:

REV. 12:11

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Again, what is your word? What has Christ saved you from? To those whom much is forgiven much is required....... Luke 12;48 But he that knew not, and did not commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask more.

There is much required of me.

I have been asked to write my Testimony. She speaks around out great nation and she wants to publish it and make it available for women at her Conferences. I need to pray and ask the Father to help me with this.........

Just when we think that we might be collecting dust on a shelf..........God taps us on the shoulder.

Have a blessed Day

You are NEVER collecting dust on a shelf!! You are out there by using your blog to witness to others. I have always thought that things come into our lives for a very good reason and God is showing you right now how he wants you to use this time in your life. WRITE that testimony. Put it all down and then I believe you will start feeling so much better..cleaner maybe..if that is a good word to use..Forgiven maybe is better. I always enjoy your blog as you know..Sandy

Oh, Denise! You must pray about this and get the Lord's guidance. He will help you set those words to paper so that your book will give those women who are lost and broken freedom in His Word.

I will pray that the Father speaks to you on this and that you will see His Will.

Have a great weekend, my friend.
Blessings,
Mary

nothing is as powerful as your personal testimony...
to tell what God has done for you and can do for others is a great promise...
thank you so much for even considering the possibility of doing that...
I will pray for you as you continue to think along the lines of putting your testimony in words to share with others...
you are such an encouragement,
Mimi

You know I think that as long as our testimony brings glory to God....then we have done the kingdom a service by opening our mouths.
To often I have heard people getting lost in the sordid details...and the enemy gets the glory.
So....speak it girl! Bring others to the kingdom!
