Monday Memory Verse

......Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. Zechariah 4:6

... When we study the story of Zerubbabel we find a task that was far bigger than any man....Go and rebuild the house of the Lord at Jerusalem, which is in Judah. A task that could not be altered by all the kingdoms of the earth.

.. We must always keep in our minds and hearts that it is by the Holy Spirit of God that we accomplish any task asked of us....... It is when we set aside any thought of our strength that the Holy Spirit makes provision..

.... Over the years the Lord has had to remind me that it is by His Spirit that our mountains are moved...

Jer 29:11

.....For so many years through such turmoil in my life, I was lost and undone and try as I might I could not get it right. With every mistake my head hung lower and so unworthy of any one or anything... When I was born again in 1977 and began to learn who I was in Jesus Christ I found this scripture....... what a promise, what a statement of love that my Father God has in me..... It is one of my most favorite scriptures....... One that I quote often when my spirit man feels down and overwhelmed............
